Dr. Chris Gibson

I'm an active, healthy senior who has been diagnosed by my doctor as having arthritis. I was used to living with pretty much constant pain in my right hip with intermittent pain in my knees.  I started receiving treatments from Dr G about five months ago with fairly low expectations as far as the constant pain was concerned.  I have been pleasantly surprised, more like amazed, at the difference!  I'm virtually pain free in my right hip - something I never expected to be again!  The treatments are easy and don't take long.  I sing the praises of Dr G to anyone I meet who complains of pain.  I know what he's done for me and I hope that anyone else who suffers would do themselves a favor and see Dr G! - M. I would like to share with everyone how Dr. Gibson has helped me to achieve daily activities that I could not do eight months ago. I am now 20 years old, and at the age of 7, I started having lower back pains, and my parents took me to many doctors to find out why and what was causing this. For years due to my age they would just say, growing pains. Then I was diagnosed with possible Scheuermann's disease of the spine. I also have Degenerative Disc Disease, and a congenital malformation of the spine. This has caused me pain daily before I started coming to see Dr. Gibson! My mom was going to school to become a Chiropractic Assistant and Dr. Gibson was a guest speaker in the class as well as many other Chiropractors. All the topics they would speak about hit home with my mom, as she learned so much about the spine and how the nerves affect everything in your body. And would say, hey, that area of pain they are talking about fits my son's pain or some other related health problem. Since I have become a patient of Dr. Gibson, I am able to enjoy doing more outdoor activities, such as playing basketball daily. Before I could not play a full game and would be down for a week. I can skateboard, and ride my bike now too. I was told by my doctors not to even jog as it would jar my spine and compress the disc together, and rub bone on bone. I would just lie on the sofa all day in pain. I was told to live with the pain and maybe my body would adjust to it. Dr. Gibson has changed my life. I no longer go to specialists for my back problems; I only come here to Dr. Gibson and get adjustments weekly. I no longer get spinal block injections in my spine every six months to put my nerves to sleep that kept me out of pain. They did not work either. Everyone should see a Chiropractor!     - Glen

I want to take a moment to thank you and your staff for the outstanding service you have provided my children and me. From the friendly greetings at the front desk, to the thorough exams and adjustments, I can honestly say that you run a well-respected business with your greatest concern being on the health of your patients. Specially, helping us achieve optimum health through the use of natural alternatives as opposed to chemicals. As for my health, I can say with complete confidence that I feel much better today than I did a year ago. Working in the law enforcement field for 15 years, it is imperative for me to maintain optimum health in preparation for the day-to-day situations facing police officers. Physically demanding as well as high mental stresses is a daily routine for us. In order to maintain top performance, aerobic and strength taining was (and still is) my means of achieving an acceptable level of fitness. But chiropractic adjustments have changed this, and for the better! The difference now is I can perform these activities (work or recreational) without the lower back pain or knee pain I used to get in doing these activities. Taking aspirin for headaches was a common ritual, not realizing that my body was signaling me that physically, I had a problem. Even my 9-year-old son has benefited from chiropractic adjustments. Earlier in 1999, he was placed on a "Ritalin" type drug to control his behavior and "lack of attantion" in class. I did not like the thought of my 9 year old taking a mind-altering drug as a means of "treatment". Upon your consultation and expert advice, my son began adjustments. In just two months, I have seen his grades steadily improve! He is also a much happier child now than he was "medicated". I was so convinced with chiropractic care that I also had my daughter go through a few adjustments as "preventative medicine." I no longer take aspirin for headaches because now I don't have headaches! I have seen an improvement in my strenth and aerobic fitness in less time and effort than when I was 10 years younger! I have also seen my energy level stay at a consistent level throughout the day, the entire day, without having to resort to caffeinated drinks. Back pain? Gone! Knee pain? Gone! My son is no longer on medication, and his grades (and attention span) have improved. Chiropractic care has made a positibe difference in our libes. And a pain-free one too!
